At Euronics Ireland, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day cooling-off period for online orders and a straightforward process for faulty items. All returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Return Process

    Notify via Customer Support

    Contact our dedicated support team or your local Euronics store within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return request and receive your Return Authorization.

    Prepare the Product

    Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts that were included in the box.

  • 3.
    Arrange Collection or Drop-off

    Small appliances can be returned to any Euronics store, while larger items like washing machines or TVs can have a collection arranged for a nominal transport fee.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
